Poppy's ideal home

Poppy is a gorgeous 11 year old Yorkshire Terrier looking for her retirement home. Poppy can live with children as young as 8 years, but unfortunately can't live with another dog as she wants all her food to herself. Poppy is a very active girl despite her age, so she'd be looking for a family who can take her on sniffy adventures and then spend the evening on the sofa curled up. Poppy walks well on her lead, and has been left for a couple of hours on her own previously - this may need building up gradually in her new home. Poppy can be a little vocal towards dogs out and about - a typical terrier in this regard! Poppy loves a good cuddle from her people, and is such a sweet, happy go lucky girl.

Poppy is living it up in her foster home at the moment, and she settles really well. She loves her treats and her food, and loves playing with all sorts of toys. She really is such an angel and deserves a comfy sofa to live out her golden years with a family that are around for most of the time.
