About This Dog

Ned's ideal home

Ned is on the search for his forever home! He is looking for adopters who are patient and caring. Ned would like to be the only animal in the home and live in a reasonably quiet area away from highly dog-populated areas and main/busy roads that would produce a lot of loud noises. His ideal home would be in the suburbs or a rural area. He enjoys the company of people and would be able to go home with children aged 10+; visiting children could be younger, 7+, if supervised. Ned does still have some worries around formal handling and grooming, so new adopters would need to be patient and give him plenty of time, moving at his own pace. Ned can struggle with stairs, so ideally his new home would have no stairs, or if they do, Ned would like to only have to go up/down them once a day at most. Ned would like to start with minimal leave hours, but could potentially build this up to 4 hours over time. He would love a private and secure garden that he can enjoy!

Could you be Ned's perfect match?

Ned loves two things in life: people and his red ball! He enjoys spending time with his favourite humans on the sofa, intrigued by seeing what they watch on TV. He is very polite around food, but if the humans felt like sharing, he would not be upset. Ned would make a wonderful addition to a family!

Hello, good morning. Due to a lack of time and the fact that I had a tumor, I am finding it difficult to care for my two Yorkshire Terriers—a female and a male, aged 9 and 5. They are wonderful dogs. I don't have anyone here to help me right now, but I also don't want to hand them over to just anyone. What is the process for someone to adopt them?
